      1. Very (advanced) technical centric environment if you belong to a real R&D team (not AE/FAE) 2. In general high competence co-workers & polite mid-level Managers 3. Once decent pay (but declining...) 4. In general resourceful to help you complete your work

      Cons

      1. Declining rate of compensation is a too significant & can't see any plan (even excuse) from high managerment... 2. Differences (compensation, focal review...) between BU are huge and... opaque. 3. More and more bureacucy when it is already a big company with 13xxx employees

      Always over-committed engineering teams, old timers need to move on. No accrued vacation time.

      very flexible timings but at the same time very hectic. Work culture is good and people are also great. Overall a good place to be at

      this place is a Very hectic place to work at. most of the times will have to Work more than 40 hours
