      flexible work life, good work life balance. The company's reputation is very high in the industry and working here is a matter of pride.

      Cons

      salary is average and no additional perks. no possibility of fast growth as the organizational hierarchy is very flat.

      broad exposure to a variety of industry task, which normally you don't get at large/mature company. So you have opportunity to explore different things and decide what you'd like to dive in depth further.

      Cons

      Fast working pace. Require work during weekend during project crunch time. Think it twice if you don't expect work overtime frequently.

      dynamic environment and flexible hours. Learning new stuff every day. Good for career development.

      Cons

      the project planning and execution could be a bit better. It's a waste of everyone's time if a project is cut short after month's work. Compensation and benefit could be better such as prescription glasses and RMTs!
