      Pros

      Very knowledgeable and seasoned workforce. Most cases, they are ready to help when needed.

      Cons

      Company has grown so much that what once a flat organization ,when everyone had a stake in the company, has turned into a 2 class organization. Top layers gets all the bonuses, recognition, the other half is pushed by the top layer to meet goals that can be just for show for the top layer to collect their bonuses.

      strong technique in analog, mixed signal design. especially in serdes, optical comm

      Cons

      very bad management. bad in wireless LTE. don't expect too much from that.

      Nice company to work with but...

      Fortune 500 company. Nice salary. Nice benefits. Nice offices and campus and facilities. Lots of people and technology to know. Lots of internal/employee based benefits (EPP, recreation etc.). Training benefits.

      Cons

      Slow progress. Low increase in salary. Lots of politics. Bad work/learning ratio. Instability.
