      Good culture and teams, bad high management

      Pros

      Always encouraging good teamwork. People work together well and solve problems. People are professional and kind to each other.

      Cons

      Top down management and high level management is very poor. Lack of leadership and made quite a lot of strategic mistakes. The worst part is: they are not accounted for their mistakes! Even with huge damages (> $1 Billion) due to their bad decisions, they are still around to pick up pay checks.

      Good pay. Good working level people. Talented people in many facets. Decent work environment. Good training plans available.

      Cons

      Strategies always changing. Exec management caught up in politics and posturing. Previous failures not well reviewed so did not learn from mistakes.
