Pros

The company itself is a pretty good place to be, but would be better if I could say the same about every department

Cons

Unfortunately, the June 20th post is pretty accurate... The July 17th post is obviously someone who has been on the benefiting side of the unfair favoritism.

Pros

The health insurance is good and the Irvine campus is nice.

Cons

The IT department is a very low caliber one, most of the real work is done by contractors "managed" from Irvine. In reality, nobody knows nothing and just hopes that the contractors know their stuff. The funny part is that the full time employees always try to look busy and going to 7 meetings a day just filling their hours. If you really want to learn something or do actual work, maybe you should look elsewhere. I guess with Avago things will look even worse.
