Running water and internet connection.

Cons

OSD has the worst leadership from top to bottom. A lot of favoritism and nepotism. Some people get to work remotely forever and some others have to mail packages for people that get to work remotely forever. Going to the right schools and working for the right former companies are the only way to help you get ahead.

Layoffs , no employee engagement, poor employee relationships, hire and fire , no career - they focus more on acquiring other companies. No innovation

Reasonably high pay ranges for most.

Cons

Broadcom came in and ruined VMWare entirely. Customers are being gouged and employees told they aren’t worth anything. CEO is proud to be a difficult person. Even the remaining employees are miserable and anything close to culture is gone.
