Good pay with really good training,

Terrible office environment. When working here it isn’t the management you need to worry about more the employees in the office. The managers don’t run the show at all. It’s all about what a couple of members of really toxic employees think. If they like you great! If not then they will make sure one way or another you are not staying & not because you’re not a good person. Just because they are the problem. The management right to the top are dictated to by this tactic with HR being kept out of the loop to why so many people leave in a short space of time.
