The facility manger (Avery) is an amazing individual, caring and compassionate. Will do absolutely anything to help the team members.

Cons

The facility supervisor will not do anything to help you out unless he knows he’s being watched or if company higher ups are on site.

Great exposure ! There's not a dull day, every day and week will have new initiatives to run and issues to solve. Priorities are always on meeting financial KPI.

Cons

Inconsiderate and non supportive management who works their staff to the bone without appreciating their achievements. Staff are not compensated for additional responsibilities taken during org restructuring. High turnover rate. Low staff morale.
