Company itself is still trying to figure out how to operate as a massive company. They've made so many acquisitions that their reputation in some markets is confusing.

Benefits are pretty good. 401k was nice Very easy job

Cons

You have to hassle your way into getting a deserving promotion. Barely any help from management as quality manager is working remote. Bad pay. Lots of cleanliness/quality issues. Poor management. Huge disconnect between upper management and plant workers. Very inappropriate/racist things being said by some of the managers
