The overall experience was good and there is certainly a lot of responsibility that can be shouldered if you desire. Managers are engaging and typically helpful, mine was excellent.

Cons

There is little room for advancement, which goes hand in hand with company stability. The more stable the company the less internal movement. Some managers showed a vindictive side, but they were removed shortly after my departure( which was unrelated to said managers).

Low hierarchical environment. Friendly and outgoing bosses. Flexible working arrangement.

Cons

Lack in strategy tailored by APAC. You cannot Ctrl C + Ctrl V European and US market strategy in Asia. Lack in people management - Some colleagues do more than others. Eventually, the good ones leave -because they do a lot more. Fancy "Project Brenntag" initiative was rushed to implement - not enough thought process put into this major initiative to reorganize the company.
