Pay & benefits are top-notch. Best I've experienced in a long time.

Cons

Onboarding is rushed and doesn't adequately prepare you for the job. No support from managers. Told by manager to ask questions as needed, then ghosted when help is requested. No solutions for chemicals that are out of stock, which happens all the time.
