Some people there were nice.

Cons

As a female in my 20s, there were times I felt uncomfortable, from unwelcome suggestive comments, unwanted attention around the way I looked, pressure to drink at overnight conferences when I didn't want to and often being referred to as a "kid". It seems you gain more respect from working 12 hrs a day (and achieving not very much) than being efficient and getting your allotted tasks done in a shorter amount of time. There was no scope for progression, no training offered and minimal opportunity to make commission. Would not recommend.
