12 hours a day in a cramped box.

Pros

People you work with in the lab are great to work with. You will learn how to balance mass amounts of work loads with few resources. Benefits are good.

Cons

During winter I didn't see the sun in 4 days.. 12 hour shifts are wretched along with the weekend work. Equipment is very poor and lab is extremely small without any Windows! Very depressing place to work if you were looking to work outdoors after college.
