Pros

The pay was decent, and the benefits were good. About on par with industry standards. Very good pension options

Cons

Ineffective, inept management, at both the local and regional level. The workload is not shared evenly. Incompetent, lazy employees are allowed to do as they please. The more competent you are, and the harder you work, the more they give you. It's feast or famine with the workload. And there is no recognition in the way of bonuses or any other acknowledgment to those people who work there behind's off. There are seldom opportunities for advancement, and pay increases are extremely rare.

Pros

Its a nice environment, relaxed, coworkers really all work as a team to achieve a common goal. They are usually inviting you lunch, breakfast, snacks, etc

Cons

Its almost impossible to grow professionally even though that's what they "sell" to you. A manager or director has to like you or know you for you to have a chance
