The culture is not conducive to one's success. AND if you have a disability, there is little to no understanding or support. The job description I was given was not even close to what my duties were. When I disclosed the fact that I had a disability, they were less than understanding and wanted me out quickly and quietly. The entire process was an utter nightmare.
