Casual environment with great exposure to multiple facets of business. This is a business that can exercise all professional muscles within a single position.

Cons

Much overlap in positions so difficult to determine scope of positions, lack of leadership, consistency, and clarity in processes. Pay is not up to par with what company asks of a worker.

Pros

Company has great pay and great co-workers. Upper management kept us informed of new developments and long term goals of the company. Has defined pension plan as well as matching 401k. Year-end bonus generous. I would not have left had I not moved out of state.

Cons

It would be great if they had job postings in their employee website so you could see what other job opportunities were available.
