      Good company with really good benefits. Decent upper management and the company has a good vision Really good company car program and policy.

      Cons

      Branch management can get tunnel vision sometimes on opportunities to grow local business. Operations interfering with the commercial side of the business can be frustrating. Disconnect between upper management and local branches.
