Great life/work balance. I was always treated fairly and with respect. Paycheck was never late.

Cons

The upper management did not seem to understand how to succeed in the oil and gas production market because the company is so broad and serves many other industries. I think that they realized that and that is why they stepped back a bit from it.

Cons

Pay, pay, pay, pay, health insurance, health insurance and health insurance. The pay at this company is laughable, you can make more doing just about anything else. The work is steady and OT is essentially unlimited but, who wants to work 60 hours a week and still never touch $70,000 a year. All of that to deal exclusively with material that could injure or kill you very easily. There are multiple health insurance options but the affordable ones are awful and the good ones are $700-1000 a pay period for a family. What a joke.
