      Pros

      Exposure to a big multinational business. The company has recently taken it upon itself to improve its practices with the CX (Customer Experience) initiative.

      Cons

      Not enough staff for the amount of work needing to be done and no urgency to recruit suitable candidates. Staff not paid well enough (leading to high turnover of staff). Not enough development opportunities in non-sales roles.

      The people who worked here were pleasant.

      Need to hold people accountable for their responsibilities. Need to leverage technology WAY more A lack of trust between Management and employees Sales force is too aged and not open to new ideas. Back-biting, negative culture within Sales Unorganized meetings that took me off the road and wasted my time Favouritism and Nepotism
