With more than 8 years of experience in the Brenntag, I can definitely claim that Brenntag Malaysia is a very dynamic company, and is growing each day by embracing new systems and ways to do business, which is very well explained by the growth of businesses in the last decade! Great work culture and an open environment, along with the flexibility to have a great work-life balance. Communication across the company, right from top management which I appreciate the most.

- The employees on the front lines genuinely care about one another

Cons

- Management here (aside from Ops) is absolutely atrocious - Several HR Director changes in a short period of time which says a lot about the company's direction - Benefits are subpar - no real focus on career development
