      Pros

      Good pay and Benefits, most of the people you work with are nice.

      Cons

      I worked for Brenntag Lubricants North East. Utterly unrealistic goals. Management is completely out of touch with the lives of those that work for them. Very poor communication. Very "bro" and fraternity kind of atmosphere. Company as a whole has a very low morale. Extremely controlling sales culture and 0 empowerment.
