-Great people that will help you grow -Dynamic position where you get to see & learn a lot of different things -It's a big company so there's plenty of room to grow

Cons

-Pay isn't bad but isn't great -Since there are multiple locations, communication between facilities is poor -There's A LOT of red tape when you're trying to get deals done
