Benefits is relatively ok, but the commission scheme changes by year and will only be able to get it if you hit the target

Cons

High target were given (hard to achieve) but management not reviewing or revising. Management is very messy due to the restructuring and high turnover

In pharma division in India products for regulatory markets is very less even you can say 2 products and on which we need to play on sales figures. Although India major market, Brenntag India pharma division is very much neglected to core. No growth and very high sales pressure.
