Pros

Brainlab fosters an incredibly innovative and forward-thinking work environment, where creativity and new ideas are highly encouraged. The company invests significantly in research and development, ensuring that we're always on the cutting edge of technology in healthcare. Additionally, the team culture is collaborative and supportive, with excellent opportunities for professional growth and development. The flexible working hours and commitment to work-life balance are also highly appreciated.

Cons

While the company excels in innovation and technology, there can be a lack of clear communication from upper management regarding long-term goals and immediate priorities. This sometimes leads to confusion and inefficiencies within teams. Additionally, while the work is rewarding, the workload can be quite high, leading to stress during peak project times. More focus on structured project management and clearer directives would greatly enhance team productivity and job satisfaction.

Pros

Depending on the work you like, this job lets you be your own boss to an extent and keeps you moving. A lot of travel and working in person. Managers are great at the bottom level, no toxicity within the team.

Cons

classic corporate takeover to control costs and not pay those at the bottom. Limited vacation, tons of turnover for this role.
