Very very good company vibe & culture with a lot of interaction among but also across related teams Also, the company is very well known internationally among industry experts, so it offers a great path into further employment.

Cons

I worked in the digital OR (operating room) team as most junior. The digital OR work itself is pretty interesting and one mostly does SW-HW connection and user interfaces. However, I realised that working as a software engineer in a big company might not be for me, since for most of the time i did testing and documentation. I‘m pretty sure, though that as a proper software engineer or even a working student with more industry experience, you‘ll get more responsibility, e.g. in writing code.
