Pros

Young, energetic corporate culture. Company-wide meetings are over the top. Salary and benefits are incredibly competitive. Working for a company that is really trying to help others...very ethical.

Cons

There are many pros and cons to being a smaller company but one of the cons is that dependent on your career path, there may not be formal opportunities for advancement (career ladders) but still opportunities for growth within your job.

Pros

-young, energetic company in an exciting field -supportive of employees -opportuntiy for professional and personal growth -due to the smaller size of the company, able to get hands-on experience -challenging but offers great opportunities

Cons

I do not have any measurable downsides to mention but perhaps that due to the field based nature of the business, building working relationships can sometimes be difficult.

Pros

Small company. In the healthcare industry, so it should have been rewarding.

Cons

Inexperienced people that you are unable to learn from. Low pay compared to GE healthcare, Siemens, Abbott, or Baxter.
