Pros

I've been with the company for 5 years now and the culture and way of working ist still inspiring to me. The company's values does not allow any unethical behaviour throughout all management hierarchies and empowers people to think outside the box and to try new ways of working or even product developments. Most impressive to me was the way the company managed the corona pandemic. Consistent and clear communication management so that everyone felt informed about the current situation, the ways of moving forward and most importantly the "why" behind. In general the company lives an "open door" culture which I've never experienced before. Pros: -Office setup and location in all cities  -Regular company events to celebrate successes and best practice sharing  -Salary and bonus options  -Management team  -Lot's of training and learning opportunities to support the own personal development - also non business related -Great company values that creates a processional and welcoming environment

Cons

The upper management career opportunities are mostly located in Amsterdam.
