Pros

I've been with booking.com since 6 months and it's been a great experience. The culture is very international and technology orientated. Ongoing trainings that are high level are part of my role, and career development is supported. Everybody respects each other. Tools are high end - on your first day you get to choose between the latest macbook pro, iphone or the latest windows/android, and booking.com is thriving to treat it's employees even better.

Cons

I don't know of any.
