Pros

- Great training/Development opportunities - Great colleagues & working atmosphere - Responsibilities - Micromanagement, and constant performance review with SAM

Cons

- Sometimes a bit too much brain-washing concerning company values ect.. - Salaries (even though recently adjusted) - You need to be a natural Salesperson, empathy and alternative approaches are not valued by management
