Pay Benefits-free breakfast, fruits, coffee Managers do not bother you if you do your job properly Allow to work independently Overtime-if you want to make extra money, there's plenty opportunity and the payment is good By

Cons

Many managers do NOT take ownership, won't do a thing for their employees(should rotate managers with to many years I the role, they just don't care anymore) unlike the news ones which do more, like any other place. Technology, many times system crash and wine let you do your job properly(can be many many times frustrating.

As you will have heard at the recent All Colleague update, we recognise that we have some real challenges with the infrastructure, especially in SLH, and we are working on this as we speak. With regards to managers, if you have any specific concerns please do speak to a member of the people team. We are going to be investing a lot of time and money in training and developing our managers this year and looking at the feedback from the Your Voice Survey so I am hopeful we will see a move forward across the board and I hope that will inspire you to reignite your management ambitions. I arrived in July, so everything was really stressful. They have more care for useless details (you have to talk to other offices, even if you have nothing to say or ask)- No patience, fired me after 2 days a finished the probation period (probably their mistake, silly me to sign)
