I'm not sure how long you have been with us but I would suggest, if you are lacking a bit of challenge, you have a discussion with your manager at some stage. Discussing your career aspirations is a great way to start thinking about what development we can offer to support you.       Pros

      The culture and atmosphere is good and they really care about work life balance. Also job itself is not that overwhelming and we can handle within shift.

      Cons

      I guess there is lack of middle management class people. Hiring people from outside company is not always good even if the person has any leadership as they don't know our culture much.
