The level of experimentation, learning and opportunity to continuously develop yourself is amazing! If you’ve got an idea you want to explore, you’re given the space & autonomy to test, experiment & iterate.

Cons

There is so much to do and it’s hard to just focus on doing just a few things extremely well.
