Average salary lower than competitors, often stress related to tasks and projects gets created for no real reason, repetitive job after a while

Pros

Monthly lunches and happy hours, quarterly team activities, awesome travel opportunities, tons of training, casual dress and friendly coworkers who all got along for the most part

Cons

Work was neither enjoyable nor challenging, and they paid very little. Not much room for growth in the department I was in
