Pros

Pay, benefits and advanced paid time off. The diversity of the company and the perks (freebies, fab fridays(food) and other things.

Cons

Growth doesn’t happen unless you’re “selected”. Great for entry level customer service but don’t expect to move up within years even if you are experienced.
