I think when a business works at the pace ours does, it can sometimes seem “chaotic”, but I assure you there IS method in the madness but I understand this is something we need to continue to be better at, like so many other businesses. #Wearetryingthough 😊 We’ve completed over 800 internal vacancies and promotions in 2018 alone, so I wouldn’t agree with progression being minimal, but I understand how ambitious people are (which I love) and can tell you that there will be more opportunities for everyone along the way. Thanks so much, Ryan.

Hi there, really grateful for your review and so great to see one from someone who’s worked in our Barcelona centre. It’s nice to see that just over a year from opening that we’re getting things right and you enjoyed the office, perks and package we offer there. Of course, when setting up a business we worked hard to do as much as we could but knew there would be things we needed to return to and work on as time passed; things like streamlining the holidays/shift change process, which I believe is well under way. Likewise, our team in Poblenou are constantly watching for new ways to augment our benefits package there. Working in a CS centre I get how it can feel, but I also know the “kick” our colleagues get from helping so many customers (I respect that peak periods can feel stressful, though the management team does a wonderful job with activities like serving food, fun games and even Karaoke during these busy times to keep everyone smiling.) Feedback is essential, and we listen to that always through skip level meetings, polls on Work Place and our annual employee survey, “Your Voice.” You have my word, we’ll keep on with the people development and this past 12 months has seen huge strides forward for opportunities for colleague development at all levels, which I’m keen to surpass in 2019. Wishing you well for the future, very many thanks, Ryan.
