1) The people - both agents and managers are the ones who make this place exceptional. Such a friendly, fun and chilled atmosphere. I have made some really good friends during my time. 2) Growth - expanding departments means prospects for progression within the company. There is so many internal vacancies coming up which allows to move between departments, gain new skills and pay rise 3) Location and benefits - central location, new building coming up, Perkbox

Cons

1) The system is sometimes a bit unreliable and it can get a bit frustrating if you are trying to do your job

Team Work - People who care about the customer and the business Committed staff, at all levels, who live and breathe the company values. Great opportunities, across the whole business, so ability to build a career, for those who want to.

Cons

Due to the size of the business, we are now split across 4 offices in Manchester and 1 in London, so hard to come together, as 1 - Need to work on collaborative working across sites

As you know, we're currently working on our new office development, Manchester Goods Yard on the new St John's development. This is the largest property deal in Manchester for about 16 years. So we've got to build this over the next 2 years but it will be awesome. A fine home for what we plan to make the #1 company to work for. Thanks Ryan

Everyone is very welcoming and supportive. The company really do live by their values and it's evident everyday. There are lots of opportunities to develop yourself within the business. I not only enjoy my job but have also found some friends for life working here.
