Pros

- good lunch (but not enough time to actually eat it) - standing desks I can't think of anything else

Cons

- terrible managers, - oppressive and intense disciplinary culture, - hardly any time allowed to go to the toilet (I constantly needed to pee!), - odd team building meetings that weren't fun and made no sense, - a lot of grumpy, stressed colleagues, - not enough customer service staff to deal with the huge influx of complaints over the summer. Hence your service score is always depressingly low because customers had to wait 60 minutes before finally speaking to someone, - the air con constantly broke down so it was insanely hot all the time, - the salary is a joke You feel like a cog in a machine.

Pros

Nice environment: super cool and modern AMS office and very well welcomed by the colleagues! Great flexibility (home office policy) and benefits! Love the fact that they have DEI and Sustainability departments as well as a Voluntary Work Program!

Cons

Not that long in the company, I'm still 'in love'!
