Pros

A wildly collaborative group of very smart technologists come together to create a product that brings joy through experiences to our customers. The intersection of a great culture, that's open, welcoming, accommodating, and genuine, paired with a product that generates real value for our customers and investors. I believe in the mission and am committed all the way to the end.

Cons

As with all large, global organisations, decisions can take time and can result in frustrations. There are abundant resources available to resolve this and while most people take advantages of opportunities to learn, some individuals remain headstrong and make getting things done more complex than it should be.
