Thank you for your review. While we appreciate your positive remark about the travel benefits, it is unfortunate to hear that our internal work structure and processes did not have a positive influence on your work experience during your time at the company. Your feedback is appreciated and noted. We wish you all the best with your next career move. The Booking.com team

Pros

I’ve been working at Booking.com for a while now, and I’m consistently impressed by the positive, inclusive work environment. The company truly values collaboration and teamwork, which makes coming to the office every day a pleasure. My colleagues are not only skilled professionals but also genuinely supportive and friendly, creating a workplace where everyone’s ideas are heard, and everyone is encouraged to succeed. The work-life balance is great too. Booking.com recognizes the importance of flexibility, which has made it easier to manage both personal and professional commitments. Plus, the office environment itself is modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything we need to work efficiently.

Cons

While the company is large and operates at scale, certain projects or tasks can get bogged down in bureaucracy or unclear procedures, which can slow things down. Improving efficiency in these areas would help to streamline workflows and reduce frustration.
