Pros

In Booking you feel valued from day 0, the opportunities of growth never stop appearing and you can learn a lot from colleagues with years of experience on this business. The architecture is complicated but with the right guidance that is provided to you everything is clear as long as you focus on one thing at a time. Benefits are great, colleagues are wonderful and you can meet people literally from all over the world working at the office, which is probably the best office I have ever worked at (and maybe that I ever will). Food at the restaurants is amazing with a lot of choices. Is walking distance also from the Amsterdam Centraal station so makes it very easy accessible.

Cons

There are no downsides that I could mention at this moment of writing this review. As with every big company though, when a decision has to be taken it goes through many layers in the hierarchy resulting to slow results.
