Thank you for your honest feedback and taking the time to do so. We understand that sometimes customers can be, not so friendly. We are all humans and sometimes we all have a bad day. Furthermore it is true that also Boels Rental was and is influenced by Covid, like any other company. That is something we all have to deal with. And we understand that that is not easy at all! We hope you understand.
At last regarding your advice. Thank you first of all by sharing your advice. We are working hard to improve our conditions. A first step was to introduce our job matrix and salary scales so there is transparency. Now we are constantly looking how to improve the conditions .
