      Pros

      Good place to start off a career. They provide plenty of perks for employees to make them feel appreciated. They were patrons of the arts and community service, which is quite unique within the finance industry.

      Cons

      Too big to be recognized for your individual work - unless you make it a point to flaunt your achievements. Since the company is so big people tend to be overly and unnecessarily competitive in looking out for themselves rather than focusing on the team goals.

      good benefits, opportunity to travel and use languages, good to learn about finance if you do not come from a finance background, reasonable hours,

      Cons

      unchallenging, unprofessional management, not meritocratic - more a case of being in the right place at the right time, no time for management due to relentless targets

      Pros

      Fun and bright environment, interesting pantry setup to foster communication and "innovation"?! Open offie to simulate banking experience, flat hierarchy (too flat).

      Cons

      Poor pay, no real management/promotions structure, only prvide breakfast (no lunch?), repetitive, slow paced. I am biased because I should be in a bank instead.
