      Prestige. Interesting, Hardworking colleagues. Diverse working environment. Great Location. Perks. Good Salary, and benefits package. Good Entry Level training program

      The management did not give me adequate advice, or guidance, rather they found that they were dissatisfied and they let me go.

      Pros

      -Nice Office. -Pay if you are good at your job. -Don't fire people unless you are really bad. -Challenging work rate always a lot to do.

      Cons

      -Proprietary code and system. -Lot of bad legacy code and firefighting. -Get ready to be micro-managed on everything. -Processes are decided by out of touch managers and cannot be changed. -Employees feedback are never taken in account. -Get ready to be considered as untrustworthy even after years. -Turnover is really high (60% of company has been here less that two years) so nobody know how thing works. -Even though the company boast itself of it unique culture and been flexible don't get fooled they will let you down if you need them (sickness, disaster). -Everything is at manager discretion (so some people get a lot (trip, free meal) but most get nothing). -Priorities change every 5 min. -Less and less perks.

      - Benefits are great - Great place to learn (constantly putting you through trainings) - Perks are good (fully stocked pantry, discounts to global attractions, location) - Looks good on your resume

      Cons

      - pay/bonus - Communication between management and employees - If a TL/manager doesn't like you, you wont last long there - Promote the wrong people to management
