Relationships among employees are the best I've experienced. Employees show a genuine interest in one another's wellbeing. Curious minds who are interested in learning from others points of view and growing intellectually. Great culture and cutting edge science.

Cons

Company is experiencing a lot of growth and is fast paced. If you are not open to change and making an impact on your organization, BioNTech may not be a good fit

Life changing science, energetic culture, and benefits. Not only are the people smart and hardworking, they are kind and know how to have fun. A culture that is truly supportive from professional development to benefits. Trustworthy management that is communicative and seem genuinely employee focused. I’d highly recommend working for BioNTech.
