      - nice offices - nice canteen - good colleagues

      Cons

      - not recognition of young talent, especially when they are willing to grow - lack of good leadership - hierarchal management style - very low payment

      Pros

      Big and ver interesting Customer base. Some really bright minds on most of the Teams. Bechtle Bonn is lined up pretty well in regards of customer needs and has departments for all hot IT Topics being Microsoft, Networking, DC, Virtualisation etc. .

      Cons

      Currently collaboration between the different Teams has a lot of room for improvements. I feel the Management currently struggles to utilise the full potential of there teams. Most Managers look more on there Personal Achievement rather then doing what a Manager should do. Developing, Supporting, Coaching and Mentoring doesn't seem to be a number one priority.
