      Pros

      Great management style. Flexible part time working models. In Switzerland they reorganize to better address the market and customer needs without making people redundant, no they even search for skilled people.

      Cons

      The company has enormous knowledge and skills, but scattered in all its branches all over Europe. The problem is to network and finally pin point those skill in case one needs those for a project.
