      - nice offices - nice canteen - good colleagues

      Cons

      - not recognition of young talent, especially when they are willing to grow - lack of good leadership - hierarchal management style - very low payment

      Pros

      As an account manager you are given total control of the accounts you look after. From the start to the very end everything is under your control and it is up to you to deliver the service customers require and build relationships to last for years to come. New Business are a friendly, young team of people who are really ambitious and want to help create a good workplace for all in it. Bechtle looks to continue to grow and develop in this diverse and ever changing market by setting it's own goals and making it's own rules for success.

      Cons

      This is not a con as such but advice to what people's expectations should be. Bechtle is not a place to work if you are looking for repititve work nor a place to sit back & relax. This job requires people who are determined and hungry to be the best at what they can be. This isn't for everyone but for those who are willing to put in the right effort the hardwork can really pay off.
