      Pros

      Team culture, company benefits, travel, autonomy in the workplace and commission opportunity. Good support from management, mentors and team leaders.

      Cons

      Stressful, need to hit constant targets. Lot's of cold calling.

      Pros

      I have worked at Bechtle for just over a year and I can easily say it’s the best place I have ever worked. The team environment / culture here is amazing - everyone is really friendly, fun and supportive. The job itself is really fun - you’re given all the support you need to do well here whilst also being given a lot of autonomy. The team here up in Manchester are ace and management are brilliant. Oh and of course, being in sales we all love a bit of extra money - hitting target gets you great bonuses! If you work hard here you really will continually get rewarded.

      Pros

      The workplace I worked in I felt like an outsider because everyone was like very close knit like a family however I had a very good mentor. Also, there are higher chances of you getting fired if you don’t make enough sales in a month. Christmas gifts and dinner in a 5 star place also every Friday lunch from a restaurant

      Cons

      I mentioned it in the advantages already.
