      Pros

      Flexibility, a focus on solutions rather mistakes. It’s a good place to gain experience without stress.

      Cons

      The communication does not flow between management and employees below. The information and knowledge get stuck. The power and responsibility is accumulated by the management and there is no possibility to grow. Evaluations mean nothing because you will never recognise the value of your best employees.
