Pros
Some good people work here, but given the toxic mentality of most leaders they never stay long. Most managers do actually care …. But they can’t do much with MD acting like a dictator.
Cons
The MD is holding this place back enormously. He’s an out of touch dinosaur and is the cause of 90% of staff grievances. On several occasions people leaving have been brought in front of all staff so he can make snide remarks about the company or industry they move on to. Basic pay is well below market rate. Legacy behaviours and practices are constantly raised by staff but never changed. Bechtle has an environment where people are scared to rock the boat for fear of being looked down on.
